Private Guitar Lessons

Ages: Grades 1-Adult

Snyder School of Singing is excited to offer private guitar lessons as a complement to vocal training. Our guitar lessons are open to anyone regardless of age or experience level. Whether you aspire to a career as a singer/songwriter or are interested in learning the basics of the instrument, private guitar lessons will help you achieve your full potential. School-age students are expected to attend lessons weekly, while adults can study on a more flexible schedule. At-home practice and preparation is required. Students will need an instrument on which to practice and to purchase music at the teacher’s discretion.

Students in our private lessons program perform in two school recitals and several outreach concerts throughout the year. They also have the opportunity to be chosen to perform at our annual community holiday concert.

Each student receives a monthly evaluation from the teacher charting their progress and creating new goals for the following month.

All lessons at the SSS Studios take place in one of our teaching studios, which have a large window for observation. Parents are welcome to observe lessons at any time without advance notice.
